Bruce, Extent and Area new all-time records might be over today or tomorrow. I said they would make a new all-time record for 5-10 days in a row based on solar activities. Solar is starting to pick back up again.
Could be. Probably. But Area took a 1 day rest and then continued almost straight up.
Plateau or launch pad??
Last years record was set September 30th. So potentially it could keep rising until then.

You have to laugh at the reasons given by the heaters for this record ice, when they predicted just the opposite. But what else is new? I can not recall any of their predictions that have come true. Some of the predictions have “evidence” that they were correct but the “evidence ” is not just questionable. Much worse than that.
Area is not as important as ice mass. I’d be interested in seeing THAT figure.
For the Arctic highest since 2008. I suspect in the Antarctic it would be a huge increase.
